Job description
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience who can handle both office-based engineering work and regular site visits. The candidate should be capable of understanding site requirements, coordinating with site staff, and ensuring smooth execution of civil works as per drawings and specifications.
Office Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review drawings, BOQs, estimates, and reports
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and material requirements
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
Site Responsibilities:
- Regular site visits to monitor ongoing work
- Inspect site conditions and identify requirements or issues
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and labor
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and quality standards
- Check material quality and quantity at site
- Report site progress and challenges to the office team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2–3 years of relevant civil engineering experience
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to travel to sites as required

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed sales.
